Rick Lemons has been involved in the plumbing industry since 1985 when he started to work for Flatt Plumbing and Heating Company. He began as a helper then an apprentice and eventually given the responsibility of a service truck and the position of plumber. After some years working in the field in both service and new construction , he was moved into an office position and trained as an estimator and project manager, then took the job of service manager. This experience he brings to every job The Plumbing Company Inc. does.

Rick is a man of faith and serves as the Bi-Vocational Senior Pastor of Piney Grove Baptist Church here in Knoxville and with his wife Lea Ann and 4 children he loves life and enjoys all that he is blessed with.
