The Plumbing Company Inc. was established in 2008 with the desire to offer quality plumbing service to both residential and commercial customers with an old-fashioned philosophy - do what you say and keep the customer's best interests in mind.

 

Rick Lemons, the owner of The Plumbing Company Inc., brings over 30 years of experience in the plumbing industry to the oversight and care of the work performed by his extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy team of technicians. If there is ever a question, be assured that he will be more than willing to talk to you and answer all your concerns.

   

Rick saw a trend in the plumbing industry to move to a "flat rate" pricing system where each plumbing task within a job had a set price and could be brought to the customer before the work was done. Which sounds great at first but what happens when the job doesn't take as long as the flat rate book allows for each task? You the customer pay for time not worked. We feel that, once given the opportunity to earn our customer's trust, they find that we charge for only the time worked and traveled so you only pay for what you get.

The Plumbing Company Inc. is located in the Ridgedale/Karns area of Knoxville on Oak Ridge Highway. We try to support the businesses and organizations in our area to build a sense of community that our country is lacking today. From local builders, contractors, sub-contractors, and  suppliers as well as groups like the Karns Lion's Club and several churches in the vicinity.
